What Should I Do After a Car Accident in Bear, DE?

Call 911 first so police and medics can respond, then get checked by a doctor even if you feel fine, since some injuries show up later. Take photos of the vehicles, the road and any visible damage, and get the police report number before you leave the scene. Keep copies of any medical bills or records that come up afterward. If an insurance adjuster calls asking for a recorded statement, be careful about what you say and consider waiting until you understand your situation better before answering their questions in Bear.
