What Should I Do After a Crash on a Delaware Road?

If you are involved in a crash, call 911 right away so police and medical help can respond. Even if you feel fine, get checked by a doctor since some injuries do not show symptoms right away. Take photos of the vehicles, the road and any visible damage. Ask for the police report number before you leave the scene. If an insurance adjuster calls asking for a recorded statement, you do not have to give one right away and can speak with someone first.
