What Should I Do After a Car Accident in New Castle, DE?
Call 911 first so police and medics can reach the scene, then get checked by a doctor even if you feel fine, since some injuries show up later. Photograph the vehicles and the area around them, get the names of anyone involved, and ask for the police report number so you can request a copy later. Keep any medical bills or records that come from the visit. Be careful about giving a recorded statement to an insurance company before you understand what happened in New Castle.
