Over 10 years ago, Ms. Cirrinicione was first appointed to serve as a child attorney to one of Delaware’s abused, neglected or dependent children. At the time, she had no experience representing children in the Family Court, but was encouraged to learn due to the high volume of children in need in our state. Since that time, she has continued to volunteer, represent multiple children through reunification with their families and in some cases, adoption. She makes sure that the children’s needs and wants are not forgotten during the course of the many court hearings focused upon their parents’ rights and duties.
Ms. Cirrinicione humbly accepts this plaque as a token of gratitude from the Office of the Child Advocate and looks forward to continuing to represent Delaware’s children.
