New Castle, DE (May 28, 2022) – The Delaware State Police are investigating after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian on Friday night, May 27th. The accident was reported around 8:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 1 near Dupont Parkway. According to a report, a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse was traveling northbound on Route 1.
