New Castle, DE (May 12, 2023) – The Delaware State Police were called to the scene of an injury crash in New Castle on Thursday, May 11th. The accident took place around 1:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 495 near Holly Oak.

According to a report from officials, there were several vehicles involved in the accident. Damaged cars were seen in the grassy median as officials worked at the scene.
