New Castle, DE (March 9, 2025) – A motor vehicle crash with injuries on Interstate 95 North at the Interstate 495 North Southern Split caused significant traffic delays on Saturday night, March 8, with the two right lanes closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
Authorities responded to the accident at approximately 10:27 p.m. on Saturday. Emergency personnel arrived to assist those affected and clear the roadway to restore traffic flow. At least one of the victims involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Authorities remained at the scene for an extended period to assist.
