Wilmington, DE (December 30, 2025) – Delaware State Police continue to investigate a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash that occurred Sunday night in Wilmington. Authorities have now released the name of the woman who lost her life as Serina White, age 40, of Dallas, Texas. Her identity was released after proper notification of her family.
Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, after receiving reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The collision happened on East Lea Boulevard near Colony Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found a pedestrian suffering from critical injuries.
