Townsend, DE (June 23, 2026) – On June 23, officials identified Nathan Sinex and Cara Feeley as the two teenagers who died after a hit-and-run on southbound Dupont Parkway in Townsend.
The fatal crash happened around 1:10 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, just south of Denny Lynn Drive.
Investigators said Sinex and Feeley, both 17, were walking an electric bike in or near the left lane when a vehicle struck them. Both teens died from their injuries.
