Georgetown, DE (February 17, 2026) – A pedestrian was seriously hurt in a crash on Tuesday, February 17, in the 20100 block of Shingle Point Road. Emergency units were dispatched around 8:20 p.m. after reports of a person struck by a vehicle.
First responders arrived and found one person in critical condition at the scene. Crews worked quickly to stabilize the victim before arranging transport for further treatment.
