Glasgow, DE (May 17, 2024) – A man was seriously hurt after a multi-vehicle accident in Glasgow on Friday afternoon, May 17th. The collision took place around 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Perch Creek Drive.
Officials say that a large box truck collided with two other vehicles. One person was trapped inside their car as a result of the collision. The trapped victim was eventually extricated and transported to a local hospital with major injuries. The injured motorist was described only as a 27-year-old man. He was listed in stable condition at Christiana Hospital. The box truck driver was also hurt and was taken to Christiana Hospital with undisclosed injuries. The eastbound lanes of Pulaski Highway were closed for about an hour while the accident was investigated. No further details have been released at this time.
