New Castle, DE (October 31, 2023) – Police in the New Castle area responded to the scene of a school bus crash with injuries on Monday afternoon, October 30th. The collision took place around 3:00 p.m. on Route 9 near the intersection with Mansion Parkway, near Interstate 295 and 495.
