Middletown, DE (March 16, 2023) – Troopers with the Delaware State Police responded to a crash with injuries in Middletown on Thursday, March 16th. The accident occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Silver Run Road at the intersection with Vance Neck Road.
According to a dispatch report, there were multiple vehicles involved in the collision. When paramedics arrived, they found at least one person suffering from undisclosed injuries. The victim was treated at the accident scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. The nature and the extent of the victim’s injuries are not known at this time. Police set up a roadblock in the area as they investigated the crash. During this time, drivers were advised to avoid the area and to find an alternate route of travel if possible.
