Hit-and-Run Crash in New Castle
A Delaware car accident can lead to serious and devastating outcomes. Hit-and-run accidents are no exception. However, the law is often not a deterrent for a driver who is looking to avoid responsibility for their actions. Many hit-and-run drivers flee the scene of an accident for precisely that reason.
