Hit-and-Run Crash in New Castle
A Delaware car accident can lead to serious and devastating outcomes. Hit-and-run accidents are no exception. Under Delaware law, drivers are legally required to remain at the scene of a car accident. In some cases, leaving the scene of an accident can be a felony. However, the law is often not a deterrent for a driver who is looking to avoid responsibility for their actions. Many hit-and-run drivers flee the scene of an accident for precisely that reason.
A hit-and-run crash can present a complicated legal case even for experienced attorneys. If you have been affected by one of these types of accidents, you should immediately seek the help of a competent and aggressive Delaware car accident lawyer.
