Brandywine, DE (June 3, 2022) – Officials in Brandywine responded to the scene of a serious crash on Friday, June 3rd. The accident happened around 3:45 p.m. on Silverside Road near in the intersection with Foulk Road.

According to police, the accident involved a car and a bicycle and it happened in the eastbound lanes of the roadway. Following the crash, paramedics were summoned to the scene. Rescue officials provided medical assistance to the injured bicyclist. The bicyclist was then taken from the scene to a nearby hospital for treatment.
