A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and Delaware Law School, Roger Landon has been trying and winning cases in Delaware since 1986.  Entering 2014 he had taken 67 personal injury cases to verdict, winning a staggering total of 60 trials.  His recent successes include:

•  A $4.9 million recovery in Trujillo v. Lee, a workplace accident case
•  A $1.6 million recovery in Bowman v. Henkels & McCoy, a wrongful death case
•  A $1.5 million recovery in Kadow v. Marino, an auto accident case
•  A $2.8 million verdict in Gates v. Texaco, a benzene chemical exposure case
•  A $1.5 million verdict in a medical malpractice/wrongful death case
A $1.2 million recovery in a personal injury case where client was crushed by a defective car lift
A $3 million recovery in a malpractice case for a botched bowel surgery
A $500,000 recovery in a wrongful death DART bus accident case
A $437,500 recovery in a commercial truck accident case
A $325,000 recovery in a dental malpractice case
A $130,000 verdict in Rullo v. Ebenezer Church, a personal injury case

Mr. Landon's trial victories include auto accident cases, slip and fall cases, insurance disputes, civil rights cases and product liability litigation.  Although his client list includes familiar names like Sears and Kmart, he most enjoys fighting for ordinary people and their families; and he has settled hundreds of their injury claims through arbitration, mediation and the litigation process. A testament to his skill and reputation, when lawyers from other firms find themselves in need of legal representation or assistance with a difficult or complex case, they often look to Mr. Landon.

Mr. Landon is a longstanding member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He frequently serves as an Arbitrator in personal injury disputes, and is often invited to lecture on the law of auto accidents and trial practice.
